Privacy Policy – 90|SPORTS

90|SPORTS is provided by KALTECH DIGITAL. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected or processed when you use 90|SPORTS, why it is used, and how you can control or delete it.

Information You Provide or Create in the App

You can use the main sports features of 90|SPORTS without creating an account. The app may store your choices on your device, such as followed teams or competitions, notification preferences, app language, appearance settings, and selected competitions.

If you choose to sign in with Apple, the app requests your name and email address from Apple, and Apple provides an app-specific user identifier. The email address may be your real email address or an Apple private relay address if you choose Hide My Email. In the current Release build, this account information is stored securely on your device in the Keychain and is used to show your account state and keep account data separate from guest data on the same device.

The current Release build does not send your Sign in with Apple identity token, authorization code, name, or email address to the 90|SPORTS backend while cloud account sync is disabled. If cloud account sync is enabled in a future reviewed release, this policy will be updated before publication of that change.

Sports Data and App Content

90|SPORTS retrieves sports information such as fixtures, scores, standings, events, player information, statistics, and competition information from our backend services and sports data providers. This sports archive and competition data is app content. It is not personal information about you.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app registers your device so it can send match reminders, score updates, live match events, and other sports notifications you request.

Notification registration may include a device push token, device-scoped identifiers, followed teams or competitions, notification preferences, language, app version, and account-scope information when needed to keep account data separate from guest data. In the current Release build, account-scope values sent for push are guest-scoped unless a server-authorized cloud account is active. When a local account is removed, the app may send a hashed account scope removal marker so the backend can clean up old notification links without receiving your Apple name or email address. This information is sent to our backend so notifications can be delivered and managed.

When you turn off notifications, sign out, or delete an account in the app, the app attempts to update or clean up the related notification records. Some cleanup operations may be retried if the device is offline or the server cannot be reached immediately. Guest notification data that is independent from an account may remain unless you remove it or disable the related notification settings.

Sign in with Apple and Account Removal

If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide authentication information needed to verify your sign-in. 90|SPORTS does not ask for your Apple ID password.

When you remove an account in the app, 90|SPORTS removes the account’s local app data from the device and starts the cleanup process for related notification links and subscriptions handled by our backend. Independent guest data on the device may remain.

Removing the account inside 90|SPORTS does not delete your Apple Account. You can also manage or stop using Sign in with Apple for this app from your Apple Account settings. For Apple’s instructions, see Apple Support: Manage your apps with Sign in with Apple.

Analytics

90|SPORTS uses Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve the app. Analytics is controlled by consent choices.

When enabled, Firebase Analytics may process app interaction information such as app opens, screen views, selected app actions, app version, device and operating system information, approximate location derived from network information, diagnostic and performance-related metadata, and Firebase installation or app-instance identifiers used by Firebase to measure app usage. 90|SPORTS does not use Firebase Analytics to store your Sign in with Apple name or email address.

Where Google’s User Messaging Platform consent message applies, the app uses that consent framework and Google Consent Mode signals. Outside that consent message’s scope, the app provides a separate “Usage Analytics” choice. If you accept usage analytics, the app enables analytics collection and analytics storage. If you decline or do not choose, analytics collection remains disabled.

The usage analytics choice does not grant advertising personalization, ad user data, ad storage, or tracking permissions.

Advertising

90|SPORTS may show ads provided by Google AdMob. Ad loading is controlled by Google’s User Messaging Platform. The app checks whether ads may be requested before starting Google Mobile Ads or loading ad placements.

AdMob and related Google SDKs may process information such as device and app information, IP address, approximate location, ad interaction and impression information, advertising identifiers or other identifiers where available and permitted, consent state, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals. The exact data used may depend on your consent choices, region, device settings, and Google’s SDK behavior.

Depending on your region and Google’s consent requirements, you may see a consent form or privacy options. The app’s sports features remain available even if you decline advertising consent or if the consent form cannot be loaded.

The current Release build does not present Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. It does not treat permission to request ads as permission to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Because Google advertising SDKs are included, and because advertising behavior depends on consent, device settings, and Google SDK behavior, the absence of an ATT prompt is not by itself a promise that no advertising-related identifiers or signals are processed.

Diagnostics and Technical Data

The app and third-party SDKs may process technical information needed to operate, secure, deliver, measure, and troubleshoot the app and its services. This may include device and app information, network request metadata, diagnostics, crash or error-related information generated by the operating system or SDKs, and service logs. Such information is used to maintain reliability, investigate issues, prevent abuse, and improve the app.

90|SPORTS does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the app, including backend hosting, Apple services, Firebase, Google AdMob, and Google’s consent tools, only for the purposes described in this policy. Sports data providers supply sports content to the app; they are not described here as recipients of your account, notification, or analytics information unless a separate data flow is added and disclosed.

Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you remove it, delete the account data in the app, reset app data where available, or uninstall the app. Some data, such as Keychain entries or notification records already sent to the backend, may not be removed solely by uninstalling the app.

Backend notification records and operational logs are kept as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the service, unless a longer period is required by law or legitimate operational needs. 90|SPORTS does not currently promise automatic deletion of all backend records on uninstall; use the contact address below if you need deletion help.

You can:

Change notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Change notification and following preferences in the app.
Open privacy options in the app when Google’s consent framework requires them.
Change the local Usage Analytics choice when it is available in the app.
Remove account data from the app.
Manage Sign in with Apple access from your Apple ID settings.

عند تعطيل الإشعارات أو تسجيل الخروج أو حذف حساب داخل التطبيق، يحاول التطبيق تحديث أو تنظيف سجلات الإشعارات المرتبطة بذلك. قد تتم إعادة محاولة بعض عمليات التنظيف إذا كان الجهاز غير متصل أو تعذر الوصول إلى الخادم فورًا. قد تبقى بيانات إشعارات الضيف المستقلة عن الحساب ما لم تقم بإزالتها أو تعطيل إعداداتها.

تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple وإزالة الحساب

إذا استخدمت تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple، فقد توفر Apple معلومات التحقق اللازمة لتأكيد تسجيل الدخول. لا يطلب 90|SPORTS كلمة مرور Apple ID الخاصة بك.

عند إزالة الحساب داخل التطبيق، يزيل 90|SPORTS بيانات الحساب المحلية من الجهاز ويبدأ عملية تنظيف روابط الإشعارات والاشتراكات المرتبطة التي يديرها الخادم. قد تبقى بيانات الضيف المستقلة على الجهاز.

التحليلات

يستخدم 90|SPORTS Firebase Analytics لفهم استخدام التطبيق وتحسينه. يتم التحكم في التحليلات وفق اختيارات الموافقة.

عند تفعيل التحليلات، قد يعالج Firebase Analytics معلومات مثل فتح التطبيق، ومشاهدات الشاشات، وبعض إجراءات الاستخدام داخل التطبيق، وإصدار التطبيق، ومعلومات الجهاز ونظام التشغيل، والموقع التقريبي المستنتج من معلومات الشبكة، وبيانات وصفية للتشخيص والأداء، ومعرفات Firebase للتثبيت أو نسخة التطبيق المستخدمة لقياس الاستخدام. لا يستخدم 90|SPORTS Firebase Analytics لتخزين اسمك أو بريدك من Sign in with Apple.

الإعلانات

قد يعرض 90|SPORTS إعلانات مقدمة عبر Google AdMob. يخضع تحميل الإعلانات لإطار Google User Messaging Platform. يتحقق التطبيق مما إذا كان مسموحًا بطلب الإعلانات قبل بدء Google Mobile Ads أو تحميل مواضع الإعلانات.

تُحتفظ سجلات الإشعارات الخلفية وسجلات التشغيل بقدر الحاجة لتقديم الخدمة وتأمينها ومعالجة مشاكلها وصيانتها، ما لم تتطلب القوانين أو الاحتياجات التشغيلية المشروعة مدة أطول. لا يعد 90|SPORTS حاليًا بحذف تلقائي لكل السجلات الخلفية عند حذف التطبيق؛ استخدم بريد التواصل أدناه إذا احتجت مساعدة في حذف البيانات.
